System 01

Architectural shingle

The workhorse for most homes in the Valley. Dimensional shingle over synthetic underlayment with ice-and-water in the valleys and at penetrations.

Best for — most existing homes and new builds
Life — 25–30 years, manufacturer warrantied
Pace — most homes torn off and finished in a day

System 02

Standing seam metal

Concealed-fastener metal for owners who want to roof the house once. Higher up front, and the last roofing invoice most homeowners ever see.

Best for — long-hold homes, farm & ranch, coastal-grade wind
Life — 40–50+ years
Detail — panels formed to length, no exposed screws to back out

System 03

Low-slope

Membrane and modified-bitumen systems for the flat and near-flat sections most crews get wrong — porches, additions, and light commercial.

Best for — flat sections, additions, small commercial
Detail — tapered where water needs help finding the drain
Tie-in — flashed properly into the pitched roof above it

We get on the roof, photograph what we find, and give you a straight answer. If it doesn't need replacing yet, we say so — and you know who to call when it does.

One fixed quote

System, color, decking allowance and haul-off, priced in writing. No line for "unforeseen conditions" doing the heavy lifting.

Tear-off & dry-in

Old roof off, deck inspected and repaired, new system watertight — same day on most homes. Your house is never left open to weather.

Finish & clean

Ridge, flashing, boots and vents detailed, then the part neighbors notice: debris hauled off and the yard magnet-swept for nails.

Warranty in your name

Manufacturer warranty registered to you, photo record delivered, final walk with you before we invoice.
